Advertising Campaign for Natural History Museum
The aim for this campaign was to promote, engage and navigate the target audience to the Natural History Museum in London. Due to the diverse range of tourists in London it was important the outcome transcended language barriers. A solution to this was to remove the use of words by solely relying on visual pictograms; this ensured translations were not required.
The campaign engages the audience by making them a key subject in a photo opportunity, by standing on the orange circle whilst the person capturing the photo stands on the pink circle. This suits the audience due to the popularity of taking photographs, plus many tourists enjoy looking back on memories via photos.
The campaign also encouraged the audience to share their photo with the museum to receive a gift. This allowed the museum an opportunity to gain contact details for future marketing campaigns.
